This was ridiculously short. I'm kind of glad though. I didn't like it all that much. It was better than Wicked Woods(awful), but it still felt very juvenile. I do like some of the characters here though, especially Kian. I probably will read the next book in the series, but I'm not in a huge hurry to do so. I'm wondering if Kailin Gow is a self-publishing author. The books I've read so far have been edited badly and feel ridiculously juvenile. She's improving, but she's got a long way to go. I hate to give negative reviews, I really do, but I also have to be honest. I want my reviews to be trusted and I promise to never blow smoke up your arse. There's not a whole lot more to say. I can't recommend it, but it wasn't awful either. It's your call I suppose. Just know that there is a lot of better material out there to read. Sorry Kailin.
